सामाजिक कार्य व व्यावसायिक अनुभव

उदयकाळ फाउंडेशन: या संस्थेच्या माध्यमातून तळागाळातील आणि वंचित घटकांचे सामाजिक प्रश्न सोडविण्यासाठी ते सातत्याने कार्यरत आहेत.

व्यावसायिक समाजकार्य: व्यावसायिक दृष्टिकोनातून सामाजिक कार्य करत असून, पुणे शहरातील विविध सामाजिक संस्थांचे पदाधिकारी म्हणून ते जबाबदारी सांभाळत आहेत.

प्राध्यापक: भारती विद्यापीठ आणि टिळक महाराष्ट्र विद्यापीठ, पुणे येथे विद्यार्थ्यांना 'समाजकार्य' (Social Work) या विषयाचे अध्यापन करतात.

कार्याची प्रेरणा: २०१० मध्ये त्यांनी संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्र फिरून पाहिला. या प्रवासात समाजातील विदारक प्रश्न आणि समस्या जवळून पाहिल्यानंतर, हे प्रश्न सोडवण्याचा ध्यास घेऊन त्यांनी 'समाजकार्य' हेच व्यावसायिक स्वरुपात करण्याचे निश्चित केले.

सध्या महाराष्ट्रात विविध ठिकाणी त्यांच्या संस्थेच्या माध्यमातून सामाजिक काम अविरतपणे सुरू आहे.

साहित्यिक प्रवास व लेखन

सामाजिक क्षेत्रात तळागाळात काम करत असताना अनेक गंभीर समस्या लक्षात आल्या आणि त्याविषयी 'आपण लिहिले पाहिजे' ही जाणीव निर्माण झाली.

'चपराक प्रकाशन'चे संपादक श्री. घनश्याम पाटील यांनी त्यांच्यातील लेखकाला स्फूर्ती दिली आणि त्यांनी लेखनास सुरुवात केली.

सध्या ते 'चपराक' आणि 'सकाळ अॅग्रोवन' या प्रतिष्ठित प्रकाशनांमध्ये व अंकात नियमितपणे स्तंभलेखन/लेखन करत आहेत.

पुरस्कार व सन्मान

सामाजिक क्षेत्रातील त्यांच्या महत्त्वपूर्ण आणि सेवाभावी कार्याची दखल घेत त्यांना विविध संस्थांच्या वतीने आतापर्यंत ९ पुरस्कारांनी सन्मानित करण्यात आले आहे.

Udaykal Foundation: Actively working to resolve grassroots social issues and uplift marginalized communities through this foundation.

Professional Social Worker: Engaged in professional social work and serves as an office bearer for various social organizations based in Pune.

Academic Contributions: Imparts knowledge by teaching 'Social Work' to students at Bharati Vidyapeeth and Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune.

Core Motivation: A comprehensive tour across Maharashtra in 2010 exposed him to the grim realities and social issues faced by the public. This deep-rooted realization fueled his determination to take up social work professionally and dedicate his life to solving these problems.

He is currently spearheading multiple ongoing social welfare projects across various regions of Maharashtra through his organization.

Literary Journey & Writing

Working extensively in the social sector brought him face-to-face with numerous societal challenges, prompting him to voice these issues through writing.
